The location of this place is great, just a 15-minute walk to Shri Dattatreya Temple.

Greatly enjoyed clean and fine rooms.

The staff was good, as for 3-stars hotel. Location: the property was right by the fort, and the prime area. Also, the hotel was not very far from Gulbarga Fort...

Brilliant base for discovering Kalaburagi. Obliging, understanding people working here. The rooms with a balcony. A great selection of goodies for breakfast. Favourable and marvellous location short walk to the centre of the market, and the market place, could not be better. Also, opposite the Bus Station. Very comfortable experience there.

The location opposite the Bus Station makes it convenient for exploring the market place. The staff provide excellent service and are always ready to help. The basic amenities are well-maintained and the rooms offer a lovely view of the fort. Lastly, the breakfast served is delicious and fulfilling.

Additionally, the hotel offers great facilities, such as a fitness center and a swimming pool.

Spent an amazing Xmas at this hotel! The rooms were clean and decorated for the holiday season. The staff was very friendly and helped us with all our needs. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the local market and historical sites. We especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which included a variety of delicious local dishes. Another plus was the rooftop terrace which offered stunning views of the city.

The hotel lacked a proper restaurant on site which made it difficult to find a place for lunch or dinner. We had to venture out to nearby eateries to find proper meals.

The hotel is strategically located near the city center, which makes it an ideal location for business travelers. the rooms were quite spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere for a good night's rest. Superb high-speed Wi-Fi connection in the room was incredibly convenient, coupled with a complimentary breakfast that offered a wide range of options.

The hotel needs to improve its hygiene standards, especially in the bathroom. I also had an unpleasant experience with some staff members who weren't friendly and welcoming.
